Novotel Marseille Vieux Port, Marseille

My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms, though not the most luxurious, were comfortable and had decent facilities. The service by the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit, making my stay truly enjoyable. The location was convenient, being close to the port and with easy access to transportation. However, the dining options were limited, especially for someone like me who follows a vegan diet.

The hotel offers spacious rooms that are perfect for families with great amenities like the double bed and sofa bed. The service, although friendly, could be more consistent. The location provides a peaceful oasis away from the city center, with wonderful views of the port. The dining experience has room for improvement in food quality. Overall, a comfortable stay at a good value.

The hotel has some great features like a walk-in wet room in the room, excellent disabled accessibility, and a good location near the marina and restaurants. However, the room had a few disappointments like a smelly odor, a subpar sofa bed, and a view of the reception area.

The hotel had everything you need for your trip although I would say that it is a little dated compared to other Novotels that have had a recent makeover. The location is great with plenty of restaurants within easy reach, but the rooms were very basic and had an ugly view of the back entrance.
